Spring is in full swing and the plants and trees are in full bloom with their beautiful flowers.
On this walk we will help you identify plants and trees by their flowers and will show you their many culinary and medicinal uses.
We will explore their use in brewing and cordials with samples available for you to taste and a demonstration to give you the knowledge to apply in your own time.
Duration - 2.5 hours.
All walks will include cooking, preserving demos and tasting session.
